Our group offers the opportunity to different individuals or companies to collaborate with us and enlarge quantitatively and qualitatively our presence in the world of international business. Depending on your desire, structure and capacity, you could collaborate with us with four different ways as shown below.
1. Representative
The Representative is a fully external position, usually offered to moral persons (companies) that have the capacity and network to represent our group in a specific geographic zone, (country, city etc.).
The basic role of the representative in his region is the promotion of the activities of our group and the coordination of communication between potential or existing clients and our firm’s teams.
According to the skills presented during certain activities, the Representative could potentially be involved in the consulting activity at each client’s case.
The successful representatives could gradually be transformed into partners and have a percentage from our firm’s activity on international.
2. Business Associate
The Business Associate’s role is mainly to promote the firm’s services in order to sign contracts with new clients. The involvement of this person in the consulting activity is minor, since he mainly focuses on the communication with clients, based on the data received by the consultants.
Throughout time and depending on the ability of each individual, each BA will be assigned different consulting tasks and according to his level and speed of adaption and responsiveness to problem solving, he will gradually be promoted to the position of a consultant.
The remuneration of the BA is mainly a salary with small bonuses depending on the results of the firm as well as each BA’s performance individually.
3. Consultant
The consultants are fully dedicated to problem solving and they spend less than 5% of their time in promoting the company to new clients. They are divided in three sub-categories:
a. Junior Consultant
b. Senior Consultant
c. Manager
The Manager is the consultant that decides on the composition of each team and the one who supervises the advancement of each study. He also handles the communication with the client, assisted by his Business Associate in the project.
The consultants (not at Manager Position) can also be external individuals or companies with broad experience and specific capacities that can add value to our firm’s analysis and structural propositions towards our clients.
4. Partner
Typically a successful Consultant (both external and Internal), Manager in the firm or a Representative with important activity in the group, will be awarded the title of Partner with a gradual acquisition of a percentage of the share capital of the firm.
