This programme will offer the attendants very detailed technical knowledge that will enable them to manage their tasks or missions optimally as well as precise problem solving for each of the companies’ discrepancies from achieving real development.
During this programme the major as well as minor problems of the attending company shall be resolved in an interactive way with the expert trainer and consultant.
Not all the attendants will have to be present at every stage. the attendance is related strictly to the problems to be solved and the importance of each decision maker at every stage.
* For all the customized programmes and case studies, the relevant data shall be collected by the expert trainer from the company prior to the programme or during the programme in case of necessary corrections for the type C training programme.
** By the term “day” we are referring to a full working day of approximately 8 hours.
*** In the case of type C training programmes, the duration may be extended according to the amount of problems to be solved interactively by the expert and the attendants.
